Training Officer Dhesegan Govender shares, “I take immense pride in being part of the rewarding journey to train and develop our Chartered Accountants. At its helm is Alveena Pillay, who describes the programme as “about shaping future financial leaders” – done largely through mentorship. For Yoni Rosenthal, a newly qualified CA(SA), the exposure to Sasfin’s senior management was invaluable. “Their open-door policy has been immensely important for my personal growth. Albert explained, “For many CA trainees, including myself, an articles programme is often the first introduction to the corporate world. It’s a mindset that will guide me throughout my career.”
